<p style='text-align: justify;'> Maria Skobtsova, known as Mother Maria, Saint Mary of Paris, was a Russian noblewoman, poet, and member of the French Resistance during World War II. After becoming an Orthodox nun, she was martyred, dying in a concentration camp for saving Jews. </p>
